Boisdale Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using https://www.boisdale.co.uk/ ("the Site") operated by Boisdale ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://www.boisdale.co.uk/.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Boisdale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Boisdale.

Boisdale has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Competition Time Out

1. The promoter is Boisdale Canary Wharf whose registered office is at 13 – 15 Ecclestone Street, Belgravia, London

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Time Out UK only.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

7. Closing date for entry will be 6th March 2024 at 11.59pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entries will be counted as a submitting full name and email address accounts via Time Out UK.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows: A 3 course VIP Dinner for 4 people to Boisdale Canary Wharf Saturday Matinee event includes 4 x Bloody Mary’s and a bottle of Boisdale house Champagne. The prize includes service charge The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

14. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram by 5pm on 6^th March 2024. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize by email within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and not pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be despatched to them.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Boisdale Canary Wharf shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

21. Boisdale Canary Wharf also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
